If you had told me ten years ago that I’d build a career in fitness, I would have laughed. I never scored the winning goal, never placed first in anything athletic, and spent far more time in singing lessons and my high school’s musical theater department than on a field or in a gym.

And yet—here I am, grateful every day. Fitness has helped me manage stress, build genuine body confidence, and feel stronger and more capable than I ever imagined. Getting to share that experience with my clients, and helping them feel empowered, confident, and at home in their bodies, is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
